MG88 Terms & Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to MG88. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and MG88 ("the Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your registration, access to, and use of the MG88 online gaming platform accessible at https://mg88.cam and all associated services, applications, and gaming products therein.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager or bet on MG88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the MG88 platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updates.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on MG88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. MG88 operates a strict 21+ policy across all product categories including sports betting, live casino, slots, arcade, and lottery.
2. You are a natural person and are registering the Account solely for your own personal use. Corporate entities, syndicates, and automated agents are not permitted to register Accounts.
3. You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or in violation of any law or regulation applicable in your country of residence.
4. You have not previously been excluded from MG88 or had an Account terminated by the Company for breach of these Terms.
5. You have not been diagnosed with or declared to have a gambling addiction or disorder that would make it inappropriate for you to access real-money gaming products.
6. You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering on behalf of, or as an agent of, any third party.
7. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

The Company reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), passport, or government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the MG88 Platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification)
• Valid email address
• Date of birth
• Contact number
• Registered address
• Preferred payment method details

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. The Company shall bear no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

Any activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals processed — shall be deemed your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised the specific action.

Terms of Use

Your access to and use of the MG88 Platform is subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms. By using the Platform, you agree that:

• All information you provide to MG88 is truthful, accurate, and not misleading in any respect.
• You will use the Platform for lawful, personal entertainment purposes only.
• You will not attempt to circumvent any security measures, access controls, or technical restrictions implemented by the Company.
• You will not use any software, script, bot, spider, crawler, or automated process to interact with the Platform without the Company's prior written consent.
• You acknowledge that the outcome of all games is determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or live dealer processes, and that no wagering strategy guarantees a positive financial outcome.
• You accept that the Company has the final authority in resolving any disputes relating to game outcomes, account balances, or promotional eligibility.

The Platform and all gaming content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While MG88 strives to maintain continuous availability, the Company does not warrant uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events beyond its reasonable control.

Deposits & Withdrawals

MG88 supports a range of payment methods designed for Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT). All account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) by default.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: RM50 per transaction.
• Deposits made via DuitNow, FPX, and approved e-wallets are typically processed instantly.
• MG88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM100 per transaction.
• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification prior to processing.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) may take 1 to 4 business hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the MG88 Account. The Company reserves the right to refuse withdrawals to unverified or mismatched payment methods.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

Bonuses & Promotions

MG88 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 30x the bonus amount. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 25x requirement requires RM2,500 in qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate. Game-specific contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Each promotion is subject to a validity period. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per promotion, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus in progress will not be retrospectively affected by cancellation unless fraud or abuse is suspected.
• Any Player found to be abusing bonus structures — including through collusion, multiple account exploitation, or systematic low-risk bonus wagering ("bonus hunting") — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their Account suspended.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the MG88 Platform are subject to the applicable game rules, sport-specific betting rules, and the general principles set out below:

• Bets are accepted only when a Player has sufficient cleared Real Money Balance (or applicable Bonus Funds) in their Account to cover the wager amount.
• All sports betting odds are published in decimal format. Odds are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is accepted and confirmed by the system.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. The Company reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets without notice.
• Mix Parlay bets require all selections to win for the combined bet to pay out. If any selection is void, the bet reverts to the remaining valid selections.
• In the event of a game, match, or event being abandoned, postponed, or declared void, MG88's specific sport rules for that event type shall apply. Bets may be voided and stakes returned, or settled on the result at the time of abandonment — as determined by the applicable sport rules.
• All slot game outcomes are governed by certified RNG software. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual gaming session.
• The Company's decision on the settlement of bets, game outcomes, and dispute resolution is final and binding.

MG88 offers sports betting markets across Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, the UEFA Champions League, UFC, and a range of other international sporting events. Market availability is subject to change without notice.

Responsible Gambling

MG88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all players. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or means of income generation.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all MG88 Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via Account Settings at any time.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed for the elected duration.

MG88 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy across all products. Age verification is mandatory before withdrawal privileges are granted. Any evidence of underage gambling will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the MG88 Platform and will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual or household.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes.
• Use of the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from exploited errors are void and will be deducted from the Player's balance.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to "bonus hunting" or wagering solely to satisfy requirements with minimal real financial risk.
• Funding an Account using payment methods not registered in the Account holder's own name.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.
• Any conduct that the Company, in its sole and reasonable discretion, determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform, its Players, or its operations.

Intellectual Property

All content on the MG88 Platform — including but not limited to brand names, logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, imagery, and the Platform's overall design and user interface — is the exclusive intellectual property of MG88 or its duly licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No rights, title, or interest in any intellectual property on the Platform is transferred to the Player.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or otherwise exploiting any content from the MG88 Platform without the Company's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MG88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of winnings, profits, business, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from service interruptions, system outages, or technical faults beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their Account credentials.
• Decisions made by a Player in respect of their gambling activity, including the financial consequences of those decisions.

MG88's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Termination

MG88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Discovery that a Player is under the age of 21.
• Discovery that a Player has been self-excluded from MG88 or any affiliated platform.
• At the Player's own written request for Account closure.

Upon termination for breach, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of any bonus funds, fraudulently derived winnings, or sums owed to the Company will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method. The Company is not obligated to return funds where Account closure results from confirmed fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting MG88 customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which MG88 operates its gaming licence.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that any legal proceedings arising from your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies designated by the Company in writing at the time such dispute arises.

Amendments

MG88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered Players via on-platform notification, email, or prominent notice on the homepage, at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at https://mg88.cam/terms-conditions and is identified by the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendments constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13 of this Agreement.
